at the Städel Museum
Our self-service café is located adjacent to the museum shop. In addition to coffee and tea specialties, we offer a seasonal selection of sandwiches, salads, cakes, and cookies. With its incomparable view of the Frankfurt skyline and the River Main, the café is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, not only for museum visitors.

Reduced Opening Hours
Due to the current heatwave, we are temporarily reducing our opening hours. The Museum Shop and the Café at the Städel Museum will be open daily from 12 noon to 6 pm from 26 June through 28 June 2026.
