At the STÄDEL NIGHTS for “Monet on the Normandy Coast”, immerse yourself in the fascination of Étretat—a place that has captivated artists for over 150 years: dramatic cliffs, shimmering light, and endless sea. Let yourself be enchanted by the iconic works of Monet, Courbet, and Matisse depicting this coastal town, and discover the exciting history of Étretat. Until late into the night, young art experts will take you on a fascinating journey through the exhibition and show you why this place continues to fascinate to this day.
Berlin-based DJ Helina kicks off the evening with an energetic set drawing on influences from jungle, baile funk, dub and Jersey club. She will be followed by Frankfurt-based DJ and producer Venti, who will keep the energy high with his genre-spanning, rhythm-driven club sounds. The highlight of the night is the internationally acclaimed DJ Chelo, known for his unique fusion of hip hop, R&B, soul, and electronic music.
Naiv will be serving refreshing drinks at the museum bars, while Taste Frankfurt offers delicious snacks in the Städel garden.
