With more than 3,100 paintings, 660 sculptures, over 4,600 photographs and over 100,000 drawings and prints, the Städel collection provides a rich survey of 700 years of European art – spanning the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and the Baroque, Classical Modernism and art of the present.
